Are Ultraceuticals products tested on animals?
No, we are proudly cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders.
What is your return policy if a product doesn't suit my skin?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product causes a reaction or isn't right for you, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Can I use your products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
While many of our products are safe, we recommend avoiding high-strength Retinol (Vitamin A) during pregnancy. Always consult with your physician before starting a new regimen.
